Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that involves channeling universal life energy through the hands to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being in the recipient.
It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

I am a multidisciplinary healing artist, specializing in Reiki, energy clearings, oracle readings, and hypnosis. At the heart of my practice lies the concept of soul work—an intimate exploration of the self and a profound connection with the Divine. By inviting Source, or whatever resonates with you spiritually, into the process, we open ourselves to receive the messages, confirmation, and healing we need in the present moment.
Throughout my journey, I've learned the importance of both solitude and seeking guidance from others. It's through integrating these teachings that we guide each other back home to ourselves, where true healing begins.
