reiki

Reiki (ray-key); is a Japanese form of energy work created by Dr. Mikao Usui in the late 1800s. The practice utilizes Universal Source Guided Energy to promote deep relaxation and release blockages within the physical, mental, and emotional bodies. Reiki can be used to help with meditation practices, spiritual growth, healing relationships, manifestation of goals, and activating the divine healing power within all living beings.

Reiki can be performed remotely or in person. In a quiet, intimate session, the healer moves their hands to harness the energy centers of the body.
Each Reiki healing treatment is unique, transformative, and deeply relaxing. A treatment can feel like a warm glowing radiance that flows through the body. It is a very relaxing experience and a treatment will typically release negative feelings or thoughts leaving the client feeling more positive, light-hearted, and with feelings of well-being.
