Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese healing practice that involves channeling universal life energy through the hands to promote relaxation, balance, and well-being in the recipient.
It is administered by “laying on hands” and is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one’s “life force energy” is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress; if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.

About me
Hola! My name is Dama. I’m an artist, certified consulting hypnotist, and reiki practitioner.
My mission is to assist others in their spiritual journey, guiding them to find and create their own path by teaching them to let go of limiting beliefs and addressing issues concerning the mind and body while giving them the necessary tools to continue on their own. I believe that on a spiritual journey, there are distances we must travel on our own. However, there are times when it is best to seek the counsel of others and integrate those teachings. We learn ultimately; we are here to help one another.
I believe that as a guide, it is essential to stay engaged in our own healing work to remain clear and rooted. Working with others allows me to continue the work within myself. It’s an honor to embark on this journey with you.
